Die Ferienappartements - das Ferienhaus - INSEL DER FREUDE - im Ostseebad GÖHREN

In einem Einfamilienhaus - INSEL DER FREUDE - in ruhiger Ortsrandlage befinden sich die Ferienappartements A - vorgesehen für bis zu 4 Personen - in der ersten Etage mit Meerblick - und B - vorgesehen für bis zu 4 Personen im Erdgeschoss - mit jeweils separatem Eingang. In dem das Haus umgebenden Garten (ca. 1000 qm) gibt es Sitzgruppen, Sonnenliegen, eine Tischtennisplatte, einen überdachten Außenkamin mit Grillplatz (Holzkohlegrill) und großem Esstisch.

Die Ferienappartements A und B können miteinander verbunden und damit zum FERIENHAUS für bis zu 8 Personen werden.

Das Grundstück ist als Ganzes abgeschlossen, der Autostellplatz (1 Auto ja Appartement) für Gäste befindet sich auf dem Grundstück.
In wenigen Minuten können Sie den Strand, den Wald am Plansberg und die Geschäfte, Restaurants und andere Einrichtungen des Ostseebades erreichen.

Flat in Göhren with barbecue and garden

The holiday flat B - is located on the ground floor in a detached house in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village with a view of the surrounding garden area and is intended for up to 4 people with its approx. 60 sqm.
In a few minutes you can reach the beach, the forest on the Plansberg and the shops and restaurants of Göhren, as well as public transport, bus / train.

The garden area surrounding the house with its garden furniture, table tennis table and barbecue area is accessible to guests and intended for communal use. The property, on which there are other buildings, is closed as a whole, the car park (1 car) for guests is located on the property.

Flat B, approximately 60 m² in size, consists of the following rooms: A living room with flatscreen satellite TV and double sofa bed; an adjoining bedroom with double bed and flatscreen satellite TV; a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, 2 ring hob, mini oven, coffee machine, toaster and dining table as well as an adjoining bathroom with shower.

1 pet, dog or cat, is allowed. As there are also owners of other buildings on the property from time to time, it is not allowed to let the dog or cat run free. ("Walking" is also allowed outside the property).

The landlord lives in a separate flat and is temporarily (seasonally) present.

If the landlords are not on site, they instruct a neighbour to hand over the keys and the holiday apartment or to return it on the day of departure. Guests will be informed of the neighbour's telephone number by email. The guests agree the time of arrival and departure with the hosts or the neighbour. (After 4 pm - until approx. 6 pm) (Departure until 10 am)


The stay in the Ostssebad Göhren is subject to spa tax. From 2017, the spa administration will no longer charge for the nights of stay as before, but for the days of stay, including the day of arrival and departure. The exact prices of the visitor's tax can be found in the list of additional costs.
