This cosy quinta house near Montemor-o-Novo is ideal for a family or small group. The quinta has a nice communal pool and a shared enclosed garden.The central location is perfect for visiting towns and places of interest. You are here on the Alentejo wine route (Rota do Vinho do Alentejo). In the area, you can enjoy hiking, cycling, water-skiing, horse riding and go-karting (near Évora).The quinta is divided into 3 ground-floor houses. The houses have their own entrance, veranda and terrace. The quinta is set in an 8-hectare olive grove with a tropical garden, a large swimming pool (8 x 20 m) and a separate children's pool (3 x 3 m). From the terrace you have breathtaking views of the hills and the castle ruins of Montemor-o-Novo. The house is wheelchair accessible: there is a wide entrance and no thresholds in the house. The swimming pool and garden are also easily accessible.
