The holiday home has two floors, the upper floor has three spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. One has a double bed of 1,50 m with a bathroom with shower and a small balcony, the second bedroom has a double bed (1,35 m) and the third bedroom has three single beds. There is also a bathroom with shower on this floor. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room (30 m²) with sofa, dining table for seven people and flat screen TV. The separate kitchen has a breakfast table, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster. On this floor there is a toilet and a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and washing area. An extra bed, a cot and a high chair can be provided free of charge on request. The house is equipped with heating and air conditioning.
This holiday home is located in the quaint town of Güevejar near Granada and boasts a garage and a community playground, which is also accessible to residents of the other houses on the property. The owners live nearby and are available should any questions arise.
There is a bus stop just 150 meters from the house. This bus stop serves central Granada, where you can visit the famous sights on foot. The house is also an ideal base for visiting the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada, the Alpujarras and the Costa Tropical. Several restaurants, a gas station, a pharmacy, a bakery, a butcher and a supermarket are located in the vicinity of the house.
