A large holiday flat on two floors awaits you. The bathroom on the lower floor is a pure wellness oasis, equipped with a shower and WC. The living and dining areas have a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for home cooking, and a Finnish stove with LED FIRE for cosy evenings together. You will find pure high-tech in the living area with an LED flat screen TV, DVD player and a stereo system, and there is also WiFi throughout the flat so that nothing is left to be desired. There is enough space for 2 people in the bedroom. The lower level of the flat is equipped with underfloor heating. There is a further bedroom for 2 people in the gallery of the flat. A WC with washbasin saves you a trip to the downstairs bathroom. There is a desk in the anteroom of the gallery. The bed dimensions of all single beds are 2.00 m x 1.00 m. If you book for 2 people, only one bedroom is booked. We only rent to holiday guests, not to construction workers or manual workers....
The marvellous landscape invites you to go hiking, afterwards you can enjoy an excellent and inexpensive beer and the Franconian cuisine in the numerous pubs. Many leisure activities await you, e.g. canoeing, climbing, amusement park, zoo, adventure pool, extensive cycling and hiking trails. The nearest shopping facilities are approx. 1200 metres away.
