Flat with garden near Lake Maggiore

This ground floor flat is located close to Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta, only 45 minutes from the centre of Milan, in a quiet residential area.

The flat is equipped with heating, cable TV and Wi-Fi. A set of towels consisting of two small, medium and large towels for every two people can be ordered on request.

The 56 sqm living space is entirely on one level, as the flat is located on the ground floor of the villa. It has a separate entrance. It consists of a living room, a separate kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a storage room. The living room is equipped with a three-seater sofa and a sofa bed for two persons, a large wardrobe and a dining table with chairs. The separate kitchen is also equipped with a small dining table for two or three persons, a dishwasher, a gas cooker, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer and sufficient crockery. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers and, if necessary, offers enough space for a cot. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine. In the utility room you will conveniently find a hoover, an iron, an ironing board and a clothes horse.

A reserved parking space is available directly next to the property.

The accommodation is also suitable for short stays, ideal for two to four adults or a family of up to five people.

The particularly beautiful location, the wonderful view of the green garden and the tranquillity of the area create a relaxing atmosphere in which to regenerate after excursions in the surroundings.

The accommodation is located in a quiet and peaceful street, but at the same time the nearby town centre and a small supermarket are within easy reach.

The Fiera di Milano Rho exhibition centre can be reached in 25 minutes, Turin is about 70 minutes away and Genoa is about 90 minutes away.

The outdoor area includes a large south-facing veranda furnished with a table and chairs. The house is located on a fenced property with a 3000 sqm garden. Two sun loungers are also available for you to relax surrounded by greenery.

    “Het is een ruim en schoon appartement naast de bewoners. De bewoners zijn erg vriendelijk enbehulpzame mensen. Er is goede wifi een aparte keuken en in de huiskamer en slaapkamer goede airconditioning. De woning heeft een prachtige tuin van 3000vierkante meter waar je verschillende zitjes hebt. De hond mag er over lopen want hij is helemaal omheind.De supermarkt is 180 meter verderop op.
    Kortom een goede uitvalsbasis om heerlijke vakantie te vieren.
    Op ongeveer 10 kilometer is Lago Maggiore.
    Het plaatsje arona is leuk en heeft deze supermarkten en lekkere restaurant aan het meer.
    Vanuit aeona met de trein naar Milaan kost €6.60 pp enkele reis.
    Met auto kan ook gemakkelijk.”
