The villa has been renovated and equipped with eco-friendly materials and technologies, such as solar panels. Solar energy powers the heating and air-conditioning systems and meets the entire electricity needs of the house. In the garden there is a beautiful swimming pool (9x5, open from May to September) and a barbecue area.
The villa is distributed on two floors and is suitable for a maximum of 12-14 persons. Ground floor: large living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster). The kitchen leads to a beautiful veranda, where you can sit outside, relax and dine. One double bedroom with bathroom/shower suitable for the disabled, one twin bedroom with bathroom/shower, WC.
