Holiday flat right on the edge of the forest with terrace

The house is located directly on the edge of the forest in a cul-de-sac.

Outdoor area: garden furniture is available on the terrace with parasol and sun loungers. Private car park free of charge and garage for a fee. The property is partly detached like our house and partly fenced. Haus Eichhölzchen is situated 300 metres above sea level. There are two driveways - the driveway in the drift is easy to drive up to the house by car. In winter the road is usually gritted.

This inviting, comfortable, friendly holiday flat has 60 m² of living space and offers you TV (cable) and stereo system. Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, oven and fridge with freezer compartment. Bed-sitting room furnished with antique softwood furniture and French bed. Double bed (1.40 m wide). There is an additional one-person bedroom also with antique softwood furniture and a radio. There is a bidet in the bathroom. We charge a heating surcharge during the heating period from October to April.

The northern Waldecker Land offers pure nature and culture for every taste. In the immediate vicinity. Active leisure or real cultural enjoyment or just relax. In the recognised health resort of Volkmarsen with its state-approved healing spring. Experience forests, fields and tranquillity in the mountain village of Hörle. Enjoy wellness and fitness. Volkmarsen is nine kilometres from Bad Arolsen. The Hörle district is six kilometres from the centre of Volkmarsen. Kassel Bergpark "Wilhelmshöhe" is a Unesco World Heritage Site 2013 with landscaped gardens from 1696, with famous water feature cascades, Wilhelmshöhe Castle and the Hercules monument. Supermarket six kilometres, restaurants from 2.5 kilometres, Volkmarsen train station six kilometres, outdoor pool six kilometres, indoor pool ten kilometres, swimming bay ten kilometres, golf course twelve kilometres, tennis six kilometres, riding stables three kilometres.     “Het appartement staat op een mooie locatie en is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Alles is netjes en verzorgd. Je kijkt uit op het groen in een rustige omgeving. De beheerders zijn aardige, leuke mensen die je het naar je zin willen maken, bij ons is dat prima gelukt. Dit appartement is de moeite waard om te bezoeken.”

    “Einfach mal abschalten und die Seele baumeln lassen - gesucht und gefunden. Wir konnten einen ganz besonderen Jahreswechsel genießen, der uns in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man braucht um den Alltag mal hinter sich zu lassen. Der Wohlfühlfaktor ist garantiert, es fehlt an nichts.
