Holiday apartment in a villa with garden and pool in the hills of Siena

The apartment is part of a villa located in the comune of Murlo, a small area in the hilly countryside, just a few kilometres from Siena.

In front of the house is a large, private garden with an above-ground pool, and a table and chairs made of wrought iron, which invite meals to be taken here.

The bright living room is furnished with armchairs, a sofa bed for two people and a television. From here you have access to the dining room and kitchen. The latter is fully equipped and has a dishwasher and an iron. There is one bedroom with a double bed, and a double room, in which an extra bed or cot can be added. The bathroom is spacious, with a shower and washing machine. The house was built in 2002, with floors in typical Tuscan "cotto". The large windows show the hilly countryside and Mount Amiata in the background. The apartment is ideal for four people, but, if necessary, up to a maximum of seven people can be accommodated.

The apartment is ideal for a relaxing holiday in the countryside. It is suitable for a family holiday as the area, aside from culture and nature, offers various leisure activities, such as mountain biking tours or hiking excursions on the trails near the house. In addition, there are several riding stables that also offer guided horseback riding excursions. The house is situated in the area of ancient Etruria, the heartland of the ancient Etruscans. You can visit the nearby Etruscan museum and its archaeological excavations, which are internationally renowned.

For the sake of the environment, a photovoltaic system for electricity consumption has been installed.

    “The house is fully equipped, there is a big garden with a very beautiful view, the landlady is very nice. The place is suitable for children because of the garden and some pets /parrots and a cat/. You can hear bird's voices in the morning.”
