The flat is located in Calahonda, between the mountains and the sea. The entire block has only four floors. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PERSON MAKING THE BOOKING MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD.High speed internet throughout the penthouse.Events/parties are not permitted in this penthouse.Pets are not allowed.
Self check-in is possible in this flat. Full instructions will be sent to each guest after booking.
This beautiful flat has beds for up to seven people with three bedrooms, two of which have double beds and the third has a double bed and a single bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, but the flat is only suitable for seven people. In addition, there are two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living/dining room. The living room and the two bedrooms have direct access to the terrace.
Monthly rentals (28 days or more) do NOT include electricity. It is possible to rent the flat from January to March.
The flat has air conditioning/heating, wifi internet, lift, gardens, private parking and communal swimming pool. The beautiful terrace offers panoramic views of the coast, barbecue, dining table and chairs, sun loungers and a fantastic jacuzzi. Please note that, in accordance with Spanish health and safety recommendations, the jacuzzi will reach a maximum temperature of 33/34 degrees. It is not possible to have the jacuzzi at a higher temperature than this, for health and safety reasons for all our guests.
