Holiday house with terrace, garden and barbecue

This small holiday home is located in Alì Terme, in the province of Messina. The sea is only 20 metres away and there are also three thermal spas within 300 metres.

A total of eight to nine beds are therefore available. The holiday accommodation is fully furnished, even with a washing machine.

The accommodation offers a fully equipped kitchen, a double room and another smaller room with a bunk bed. On the ground floor there is a bathroom. On the upper floor there are two more sleeping areas separated by a wall of shelves and a bathroom.

The village of Alì Terme is about 20 minutes from Messina and 15 minutes from Taormina. It is famous for its ancient thermal baths. These offer an excellent quality of sulphurous water. Here, guests can take baths, mud baths and numerous other therapies. For those more interested in a classic beach holiday, there are sand and pebble beaches in the surroundings. The location between Messina and Taormina favours excursions and tours to discover the east coast of Sicily. Mount Etna, for example, can be reached in only 45 minutes and Catania airport in about 45 minutes, with a train station only 300 metres away.

The small but lovely terrace offers guests a sea view and is furnished with a sun umbrella, table and chairs.

    “Gute Lage, sehr kurzer Weg zum Meer, kurzer Weg zum nächsten Supermarkt (ca.150 Meter), gute saubere Ausstattung, gut auch der gute Parkplatz für's Auto. Gut auch die rund um's Haus gehende Terrasse. In der direkten Nachbarschaft ist eine Bar mit gutem Angebot, abends aber leider "gut" zu hören. Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Vermieter!”
