There is one bedroom with a double bed and a further two beds in the conservatory with two heated single beds. There is a spacious kitchen with gas hob and electric oven with convection, toaster, kettle, fridge and small freezer, and everything you need for cooking and baking. There is also a tiled stove that can be used in the kitchen. This is particularly popular in the colder months because of the cosy atmosphere. In the living room there is a tiled stove, a couch, satellite TV, hi-fi, DVD and VHS recorder, record player and in the 1OG there is a selection of records, books, MC, CD and DVD. From the living room you reach the winter garden (heatable), with two beds. It is very spacious (approx. 20 square metres) on the south-east side. The conservatory offers seating, a swing for children, a football table and a washing line where you can dry your laundry. The bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating, bathtub, round shower, WC, urinal and washbasin. The ceiling height is approx. 190 - 210cm.
