Light-flooded holiday home with large garden and terrace just a few minutes from the beach
The comfortably furnished holiday home offers you the ideal holiday accommodation at any time of year, whether you prefer the beach in summer or the sheltered terrace or the warm flat in the colder months. Situated directly on the beach, you will find all the comfort you could wish for on holiday in the 85 m² of living space.

On the ground floor is the spacious living room with a very nice dining area in a semi-circle of windows, so that plenty of light delights the senses. And should it really rain, you have the space to do nothing, read or whatever you like in the seating area. A TV with satellite connection and a stereo system with CD player are also available. Of course you have WLAN connection throughout the house. The comfortable corner settee also offers you a place to sleep. Next door is the kitchen, which has a hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and coffee machine. There is also a guest WC on this floor. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the house. One has a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe and the other has two single beds (each 0.90 m x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. From here you have access to the balcony. You can set up the existing cot as required. On this floor there is also a large shower room with bathtub including shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. If you would like towels and bed linen for your stay, you can book these additionally.

You can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun on the large terrace, which you can reach from the living room. A car park is available on the property. Pets are not allowed.

Less than five minutes' walk away (300 metres) are the sea and the beach, where you can sunbathe and enjoy a refreshing dip in summer. In the warmer months of the year, let the clean sea air flood your airways.
The town centre is about 500 m away. Here you will find shops, restaurants, cafés and public transport. The nearest railway station is 12 km away and the nearest airport is around 40 km away.

    “Positiv: Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt. Am Abend kann man ganz entspannt auf der Terrasse sitzen und den Tag ausklingen lassen. Die ruhige Lage und der kurze Weg zum Strand sind auch ideal. Negativ: In der Annonce wird mit einer Waschmaschine geworben. Diese stand uns nicht zur Verfügung, was bei 4 Personen die 10 Tage Urlaub gemacht haben, sehr zum Nachteil ist. Wir haben bei Nachfrage die Antwort bekommen, man könne nach Kühlungsborn fahren. Dort gäbe es einen Waschsalon. Diese Aussage fand ich ziemlich frech denn im gesamten ist kein Waschmaschinenanschluss zu finden. Außerdem steht in der Anzeige, dass man 75€ für die Endreinung bezahlen muss. Uns wurden 85€ abkassiert. Eine Erklärung dafür gab es nicht. Restaurant: Ariston - Ein griechisches Restaurant mit sehr leckeren Speisen. Das Personal ist immer nett und zuvorkommend und auch mal für einen Spaß zu haben. Wir waren in unserem Urlaub 2 mal dort essen und würden jeder Zeit wieder hin gehen wenn wir in der Nähe sein sollten.”

    “Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch einmal dort Urlaub machen. Positiv: Schöne Verkehrsberuhigte Lage, kurzer Weg zum Strand kein 5 Minuten, Kinderspielplatz in der Nähe auch schön sauber und alle Spielgeräte heile. Kindgerechte Ausstattung , sehr schönes geräumiges helles Haus , perfekt zum Erholen . Negativ: Bei Anreise das Haus nicht gleich gefunden da die Haus Nummern nicht der üblichen Reihenfolge entsprachen”
