The comfortably furnished holiday home offers you the ideal holiday accommodation at any time of year, whether you prefer the beach in summer or the sheltered terrace or the warm flat in the colder months. Situated directly on the beach, you will find all the comfort you could wish for on holiday in the 85 m² of living space.
On the ground floor is the spacious living room with a very nice dining area in a semi-circle of windows, so that plenty of light delights the senses. And should it really rain, you have the space to do nothing, read or whatever you like in the seating area. A TV with satellite connection and a stereo system with CD player are also available. Of course you have WLAN connection throughout the house. The comfortable corner settee also offers you a place to sleep. Next door is the kitchen, which has a hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and coffee machine. There is also a guest WC on this floor. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the house. One has a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe and the other has two single beds (each 0.90 m x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. From here you have access to the balcony. You can set up the existing cot as required. On this floor there is also a large shower room with bathtub including shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. If you would like towels and bed linen for your stay, you can book these additionally.
You can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun on the large terrace, which you can reach from the living room. A car park is available on the property. Pets are not allowed.
Less than five minutes' walk away (300 metres) are the sea and the beach, where you can sunbathe and enjoy a refreshing dip in summer. In the warmer months of the year, let the clean sea air flood your airways.
The town centre is about 500 m away. Here you will find shops, restaurants, cafés and public transport. The nearest railway station is 12 km away and the nearest airport is around 40 km away.
