This restored farmhouse, located at a walking distance from the pretty village of Sant'Angelo in Lizzola, less than half an hour from Fano and Pesaro on the Adriatic Sea. There, besides the sea with its sandy or pebbles beaches, well maintained beach establishments or free public beaches, you can enjoy shopping or try the many restaurants that cater for all needs
Half an hour away inland, there is Urbino – an art city and UNESCO heritage site; in addition, one can also discover the smaller, numerous beautiful villages situated nearby, such as Mombaroccio or Candelara.
The house offers a wonderful panorama, has a large garden and a lovely swimming pool, a terrace where you can enjoy breakfast at dawn and a porch with a hammock where guests can dine and while admiring the sunset in relaxation.
The owner has personally made the majority of the wood furniture and decorations by hand, creating a warm and comfortable environment, unique and inimitable.
Downstairs, there is a large living room with fireplace, kitchen, dining room with a fireplace, and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds and the ability to easily add two more beds, and a bathroom with shower.
Behind the house, with a separate entrance, there is a sauna with wooden beds and a shower, where you can relax and recharge your batteries; right next to it, there is the lovely swimming pool. Here, guests can carelessly linger to enjoy the wonderful sunset that can be seen right from the top of the valley.
