Single villa with private garden, WiFI, AC and BBQ

Located in Montefiore dell'Aso, a medieval town only 10 minutes from the sea and 40 minutes from the Mountain Community and the main tourist centres. The house is in a position very close to the village and other houses, but totally independent and in a quiet area, far from noise and traffic, so it enjoys advantages such as being close to services (supermarket, pharmacy, bar, etc.) and also country paths for long mountain bike rides for which the use of a car is not absolutely essential.

Outside there is plenty of greenery and space to sit and enjoy moments of relaxation.

The house is divided as follows: on the ground floor there is a kitchen with dishwasher, a living room, a small bathroom and a large bathroom with washing machine, as well as a double bedroom + single sofa bed + relaxation area and a bedroom with a double sofa bed; on the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, two of which are large double bedrooms and one small double bedroom.

Once you arrive, you can park your car and enjoy the village on foot. The car can be used if you want to go to the sea (10 minutes by car) and if you want to go on excursions. The area deserves to be known because within a few kilometres you can find mountains, hills, trekking, mountain biking and historical places. The house is surrounded by greenery and tranquillity, in a splendid panoramic position with breathtaking views of the entire valley and the sea. At a glance, you can admire the Sibillini Mountains, the Gran Sasso Massif and the blue sea. Ideal for relaxing walks, hikes and open-air runs.

    “Auch in einer größeren Gruppe findet hier jeder seinen ruhigen Bereich mit herrlicher Aussicht nach allen Himmelsrichtungen im Außenbereich; im Inneren genießt man die besonders geschmackvolle Einrichtung und großzügige Raumgestaltung. Es fehlt an nichts.

    Auch das Meer ist gut zu erreichen und in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung gibt es jede Menge an schönen Orten zu entdecken. Die umgebende Landschaft ist von einer atemberaubenden Vielfalt.

    Gründe genug, mehrmals hier verweilen zu wollen!”

    “La casa si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa dal cui giardino si gode una vista bellissima. La casa era molto pulita e accogliente; si nota la cura e il gusto con cui è stata ristrutturata. Abbiamo usufruito anche del barbeque e di comodissime sdraio. Nonostante la posizione isolata, le spiagge e i negozi sono facilmente raggiungibili. Il giorno del nostro arrivo, i proprietari ci hanno gentilmente accompagnati a vedere le spiagge e i negozi, fornendoci altre indicazioni di carattere pratico che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno molto confortevole. Vorrei sottolineare proprio la loro gentilezza, ospitalità ed il calore con cui ci hanno accolti. È il posto ideale per chi ama la natura e la tranquillità senza per questo dover rinunciare alla visita di luoghi turistici e culturali interessanti.”

    “Villa splendida, giardino incantevole, vicina al mare, panorama mozzafiato. Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa per due settimane e ogni giorno ci sembrava di apprezzarla sempre di più. Funzionale, accogliente, ben attrezzata e soprattutto vicina ai servizi. Ristoranti e supermarket si possono, volendo, raggiungere a piedi. Sinceramente, provenendo da una grande città, abbiamo apprezzato anche la possibilità di parcheggiare internamente e al sicuro le nostre due autovetture.”
