Im Apartmenthaus „Stipe“ können 2 Apartments gemietet werden: Apartment 1 für 4 Personen und Apartment 2 für 5+1 Person. Jedes Apartment hat eine Fläche von 45m² mit einer zugehörigen Terrasse vom 35m², jedes Apartment befindet sich auf einer eigenen Etage des Hauses.

Der neue Kies-Strand ist nur 100m vom Haus entfernt, der Fußweg führt durch den Pinienwald. Der Strand ist geeignet für kleine Kinder, es gibt auch einen Naturstein Felsstrand. Die Bucht ist umgeben von Pinienwald.
Das Apartment-Haus befindet sich auf einem ruhigen Berg, als höchstgelegenes Haus am Ende einer kleinen Zufahrtsstraße, nur 100 Meter vom Strand mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Inseln der Kornaten, die Insel Pasman und der Ort Drage mit der Hauptlagune.
