Charming house with small garden and terrace on the Atlantic coast, not far from the beach with many sporting activities.
The house comprises a 50 m² ground floor and a 25 m² first floor. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a 140 cm bed that opens onto the terrace, a living room with fireplace and TV that doubles as a lounge and dining room for six to eight people. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, combi oven, electric hob, coffee maker and dining area, which opens onto the terrace. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and washing machine. There is a separate WC. Upstairs is a bedroom with a 140cm bed and a mezzanine with two 90cm trundle beds.
