This former mill is now a cozy vacation home, ideal for guests who seek proximity to nature. The house has three floors, on the ground floor a large kitchen with adjoining dining-living room and terrace (separate access). From the other side you enter another small kitchen and living room with bathroom. On the 1st and 2nd floor the bedrooms with bathrooms. The large natural plot accompanies the watercourse; seating areas with barbecue, lawn for sunbathing and a special fun is bathing in the house's own natural pool with waterfall. Within walking distance is a ristorante where the owners will be happy to serve you local cuisine at reasonable prices. From here you can visit medieval towns such as Mercatello (8 km), S.Angelo in Vado (13 km), Sansepolcro (26 km) and Urbino (40 km), but also go swimming on the Adriatic coast near Fano (85 km). Crib on request. Arrival: 16-19 h.

    “Bei der Ankunft war das gesamte Haus leider sehr schmutzig, es hat offensichtlich vorher keine Endreinigung stattgefunden. Um dort überhaupt Ferien machen zu können, haben wir das Haus selbst gereinigt. Die Vermieter haben wir darüber informiert, eine Rückerstattung der Endreinigungskosten erfolgte nicht. Stattdessen wurden wir bei den Restaurantkosten durch die Vermieter - wenig gentlemanlike - auch noch über den Tisch gezogen.

    Das Objekt ist schön, aber wenig gepflegt, die Ausstattung teilweise sehr einfach (z. B. grüne Plastikarmaturen in den Badezimmern, sperrmüllreife Kleiderschränke und Gartenmöbel). Der Naturpool ist wirklich sehr schön und hält was er im Angebot verspricht.
