Comfortable holiday flat for nature lovers

The comfortably furnished holiday flat (non-smoking) is located on the upper floor of the house in a quiet location on the edge of the forest in the Rednitz Valley - ideal for your holiday in the Franconian Lake District or for a business or private visit to the region (Nuremberg Metropolitan Region).

Our spacious garden directly at the edge of the forest invites you to relax. Here you have at your disposal: a private roofed outdoor seating area for 4 people with a view of the Rednitz valley, barbecue and charcoal, large sunbathing lawn, two deckchairs, swimming pool (heated by Sollar collectors) and table tennis table (with balls and bats). Two pairs of poles are available for Nordic walking and two bicycles can be borrowed free of charge.

When occupied by two people, the flat is classified as a **** holiday flat. From the eat-in kitchen you have a view across our garden into the Rednitz valley. There is a kitchen-cum-living room (with optional sleeping facilities for two people), a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, bathtub, two washbasins and separate WC. One window in both the bedroom and the living room is fitted with an insect screen. The living area is approx. 70 m². Two satellite TVs, DVD player, WLAN and workstation complete the facilities.

Bernlohe is located in the Rednitz valley 6 km southwest of the district town of Roth and 35 km (30-35 minutes by car) south of Nuremberg, approximately halfway between the Rothsee and the Brombachsee. Our house is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac on the southern outskirts of Bernlohe. Forest paths for walking, hiking and jogging as well as the Bernlohe nature trail start directly at the house. Within walking distance, a few hundred metres from our house, is the Petersgmünder Weiher - a quarry pond that invites you to swim and fish. The holiday flat is ideal for a holiday in the Franconian Lake District, for a visit to the traditional and lively district town of Roth, the neighbouring town of Schwabach or for excursions to the towns and villages in the regions of Nuremberg, Fürth, Ansbach, Weißenburg and, of course, if you want to do some sport in the Rothsee triathlon region. With the Nuremberg Metropolitan Region in the north and the Altmühltal Nature Park in the south, you can combine a nature experience with a city trip to the cultural and economic centre of Franconia. You have also come to the right place if you are looking for affordable and comfortable accommodation for a business stay as part of a trade fair or a temporary job in the region.
