The flat, on the first floor of a modern building with lift, is located in a very well served area, close to public transport (train and bus), shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, and restaurants. The flat, built in 1998 and renovated in 2009, with its 50 square metres can accommodate 2 to 4 people. It is completely furnished with attention to detail and consists of two main rooms, including a bedroom with a double bed, a storage room, an American-style kitchen with gas cooker, oven, and refrigerator, a living room with a double sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower.
