Holiday villa "Beta" with view of the water

The Gamma vacation home has a hallway, a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a garage accessible from the inside on the first floor. On the second floor there are three further bedrooms and two fully equipped bathrooms. The living space of this apartment is approx. 200m².

Place and location of the accommodationThe vacation home is located on the villa park on a hill near Lipno nad Vltavou on the edge of the Lipno reservoir. The village of Lipno nad Vltavou is a short walk away. The park borders on a forest, making it very sheltered. Due to the generous area of approx. 800 to 1100m², the garden offers a lot of privacy and a fantastic view of the wide surroundings. The picturesque landscape rounds off the whole thing perfectly. The house has a terrace. This is favorably oriented towards the sun. The house also has wireless Internet and satellite TV. Right next to the park there is a restaurant and a new toboggan run with a length of 1400m. The paths on the park grounds are all asphalted and illuminated in the evening. In the immediate vicinity there is a children's playground and a little below is the chairlift stop, which takes you to the top of the Kramolin mountain in summer and winter.

The apartment is suitable for up to 8 people with two in each bedroom.

During the high seasons (Christmas, New Year, February, July-August) only rentals Saturday - Saturday; outside these seasons the days for arrival and length of stay are variable.

The Lipno Reservoir is the first of a series of reservoirs in the Vltava River. All kinds of water sports are practiced along the 42-kilometre-long reservoir: swimming, surfing, sailing, rowing, canoeing and fishing. The villages along the lake, Horní Planá, Cerná v Pošumaví, Frymburk and Lipno are connected by bus and boat trips and all have campsites and beaches. Canoe and bicycle tours are also organized from most of these places, as well as walks and horseback rides. Lipno nad Vltavou also offers many opportunities in winter. Chairlifts take you from the village to the top of the Kramolin ski area. The little ones can stay down in the Fox Park, where there is a children's carousel, various fairy-tale characters, children's slaloms and ski tunnels. With the purchase of a basic ski pass you can use all the slopes. With an extended ski pass, you can also ski on the floodlit slopes in the evening. There are also facilities for snowboarders and you can take lessons at the local ski school. Ski equipment can be hired on site. For the cross-country skiers among you, there are cross-country ski trails for both beginners and advanced skiers. The toboggan run starts right next to the Lipno Dreams Villa Park, which takes you to the top and then brings you back again after approx. 1400 m and many bends. Tired and exhausted after an eventful day, you can treat yourself to a glass of something to drink and a tasty snack in the nearby restaurant. For advanced skiers, there are various larger ski areas. These are in Austria and can be reached by car within half an hour.

    “Mooie locatie met een schitterend uitzicht.
    We hadden geluk met het warm weer (30°C), hierdoor was het erg warm in het huisje, deze staat hele dag midden in de zon. Er is weinig schaduw.”

    “Insgesamt steht einer Weiterempfehlung dieses Ferienhauses bzw. auch anderer Objekte dieser Anlage nichts entgegen. Positiv: Die Lage verbunden wird der schönen Aussicht auf den Staussee und die Größe des Ferienhauses, insbesondere die Anzahl von drei sanitären Einrichtungen, so dass bei voller Belegung kein Andrang zu erwarten ist. Negativ: kleinere Beschädigungen wie Schlitz im Fenstervorhang (Wohnbereich), beschädigte Badtür im Erdgeschoss, ein Heizkörper im Obergeschoss ließ sich nicht abstellen.
    Für kleinere Personen sind im Küchenbereich zum Beispiel Gläser ohne Hilfsmittel nicht erreichbar. Restaurant: Restaurant Stodola in Lipno nad Vltavou - südböhmische Küche, modernes Ambiente (2021 eröffnet), Rerservierung empfohlen Ausflüge: Krumau an der Moldau - sehenswerte historische Altstadt (UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe), mittelalterliches Schloss mit Schlossturm, Schlossgarten und Mantelbrücke”
