    “Saubere Wohnung, super Ausstattung der Küche, alles da was man braucht. Tiefgarage ist natürlich auch ein Pluspunkt. Gute Anbindung an S- und U-Bahn, sonst wäre es doch etwas außerhalb.

    “Die Wohnung ist sauber, hat alles, was nötig ist. Alle Geräte funktionieren. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, S- Bahn ganz in der Nähe. Ein kleines Market auch in 5 min zu Fuß. Zum Zentrum- etwa 25 min mit S-Bahn+U-Bahn oder nur mit S- Bahn. Vermieter spricht kein Deutsch.”

    “Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, mit der Straßenbahn, die wenige Meter entfernt hält, ist man in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat die Wohnung in einem sauberen Zustand übergeben. Insgesamt ist das Objekt seinen Preis wert und sehr empfehlenswert.”
