Beautiful Chalet in Obertraun with Garden

This luxury chalet is located in a unique holiday village in Obertraun at the foot of the imposing Dachstein mountains and on the banks of the picturesque Hallstättersee near the famous Hallstatt. The luxurious, detached chalet is worth four stars. In total you have three bedrooms and three bathrooms and all bedrooms have a flat-screen TV. The chalet is very attractive and completely furnished and has a private parking space.Because of the open rural layout of the resort, the park is one with the environment and you are right in the middle of the overwhelming nature. In the holiday village there is a central building with many options, such as a restaurant with sun terrace (terrace only open in the summer), indoor swimming pool, mini market, children's entertainment (in summer only) and a fitness studio. You can book a massage on the spot for a fee.Obertraun is located south-west of Salzburg in the lake area of Salzkammergut. In summer this is a very popular holiday area and in winter a much visited ski area. The area is so unique, that is was added to UNESCO's World Heritage list in 1997. The public beach of the lake is located within walking distance. During the winter, the ski bus stops in front of the door and you can arrange ski rental on site. The area offers a great deal of activities and outings, both summer and winter. The ideal holiday destination in any season!The holiday-home types are subdivided into different categories.     “Schöne Anlage direkt am See. Hallstatt ist in Fahrradreichweite. Vom Standort lassen sich das angrenzende Salzkammergut mit Auto gut erkunden. Ausflug nach Strobl mit Panoramarundweg direkt am Wolfgangsee lohnenswert (Umrundung ca. 1 Std, etwa 50 Höhenmeter). Ausflug auf die Postalm lohnenswert für MTB oder Wanderungen auf der Hochebene mit diversen Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Als wir da waren, hatten nicht alle offen. Wir haben die Möglichkeiten wie Sauna und Schwimmbad vor Ort nicht genutzt, bei schlechtem Wetter aber eine Möglichkeit den Tag zu verbringen. Große Seeanlage mit beachvolleyballplatz und Liegewiese mit Einstieg in den See.”

    “schöne Lage und Haus super Zustand, etwas nervig ist nur, dass die Häuser auch kurzzeitig vermietet werden (nur eine Nacht) und man dadurch ständig wechselnde Nachbarn hat.”
