Apartment in Pietra Ligure with Private Parking

Charming apartment located in a typical Mediterranean house. Parking . Garden. Typ A2 Studio apartment ( 2 Pers - 20 SM): Living room with double bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, balcony looking the sea. Savour the history, tradition and fragrances of Liguria in a relaxing environment all within a short downhill walk to the sea ! The Residence Oleandro is located in a quiet area of Pietra Ligure on the Palm Coast perfect for exploring along the coast to Genoa or to the French border as well as being ideal for exploring the beautiful mountains. Our Residence offers you the opportunity to relax in our garden or in our new swimming pool that is in the opposite garden where you can have fun or read a book on our sun loungers (Open: April - October). You can hire bikes to explore the area or let the children play in our games room. Our apartments have Satellite TV, phone, as well as modern kitchenette and shower rooms. We also have a bar for the use of our guests. It is our wish that everyone relaxes and enjoys their holiday with us and we will do all we can to make sure that you experience traditional Italian hospitality. Internet Wifi. Most requests for individual requirements can be accommodated if you phone/e-mail us as early as possible. We hope to see you soon! Mariangela Position: An elegant mansion in the Mediterranean, original style and recently restructured. Perfect for families who wish to live their holidays free of stress in a familiar atmosphere, knowing they are taken care of in a friendly and professional way. At approximately 900 meters from the sea (walking distance 10 minutes) and 1200 meters from the historical centre and the promenade (walking distance 12 minutes). Daytime shuttle bus available free of charge at fixed times. Mini market at 800 meters.

Apartments: practical well-equipped kitchenette with a cooking corner (Gas powered) with cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, coffee maker Italian Moka, and a microwave. All bathrooms have a window and a hairdryer. Weekly supply of bed linen and towels, telephone, safe, satellite TV, Internet access. Large balcony or a sun terrace equipped with 2 sunchairs, 1 table and 2 plastic chairs.

Equipment: Two elevators, air conditioning and heating throughout the property; private beach facilities; an other beach where our dogs are allowed, small private garden that is reserved only to the dogs, solarium with deck-chairs, large swimming pool (located in front of the house) with Jacuzzi surrounded by a green area, open from april till the end of the season; Bar with garden (delivery service of milk and bread in the house), table football, games room for small kids, garden overlooking the sea with barbecue corner and table tennis, fun outdoor games for children, library. Babycot and small high chair, baby bath; area for laundry with use of the iron. Cars, scooters and bicycles for hire, private car park (1 per apartment). Washing area and equipped workspace for repairs and storage of bikes and mountain bikes.

    “Sehr empfehlenswert für ein paar ruhige Tage. Attraktionen in greifbarer Nähe: Savona, Imperia, Sanremo, sogar Monaco und Nizza. Positiv: Appartment im 4. Stock, Panoramaaufzug vorhanden. Großes Zimmer mit Küchenecke, voll eingerichtet, Kühlschrank, Gasherd, Essgeschirr mit Töpfen, Besteck, Safe (sehr klein). 2 (!) Balkone gen Westen und Osten. Schönes, geräumiges Bad. 2 Schwimmbecken, allerdings wird 1 von 3 Residenzen gemeinsam genutzt, aber kaum Gäste, man kann gut schwimmen. Das Parken ist ein bisschen schwierig, weil die Einfahrt schräg ist, also nichts für niedrige Fahrzeuge. Das Gebäude steht an einem Hügel mit wunderschönem Panorama auf die Berge und das Meer. Sehr nette Hausherrin, die den Gästen alles auf Deutsch oder Englisch erklärt. Negativ: Die Einfahrt in den Hof - der Boden meines Autos berührte immer wieder die Pflastersteine. Ein bisschen komplizierte Anfahrt mit vielen Kurven, man kann sich aber daran gewöhnen. Das ist aber nicht das Problem der Unterkunft. Restaurant: Sirena Ristorante Pizzeria, Loano - Gegrillten Tintenfisch gegessen, mit Bier und Trinkgeld EUR 25 - sehr moderat. Ausflüge: Dom von Savona - Herausragende Schöpfung der Kirchenbaukunst. An der Kirche, in einem separaten Gebäude kann man die zweite Sixtinische Kapelle bewundern. Papst Sixtus IV ließ seinerzeit zwei Sixtinische Kapellen errichten, und am Dom von Savona befindet sich die zweite.”

    “Die Inhaberin und das gesamte Personal waren äußerst zuvorkommend.Die gesamte Einrichtung und Inventar sind sehr sauber und funktionieren wie erwartet. Die beiden Pools waren selbst im August nicht überlaufen, wodurch wir auch sehr viel Zeit am Pool verbracht haben. Jedoch sind die Altstand und der Bereich im Hinterland unbedingt einen Besuch wert. Wir werden das Hotel auf jeden Fall nochmal besuchen.”
