Going down 4 steps: kitchen/dining room with stovetop, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, exit to one side of the building, 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, basin, 1 double bedroom with exit to an inner courtyard, where a corner is reserved for the apartment (another apartment has also access to the courtyard), equipped with a small table and chairs. On the lower ground floor: service room with washing machine and dryer. The apartment is spacious and cosy and has been furnished with great care in modern style.
