our traditionally and modernly designed house, surrounded by picturesque mountains, invites you to enjoy a relaxing vacation in our newly built holiday apartments due to its warm and cozy atmosphere.

Each apartment is tastefully furnished, combining modern comfort with rustic charm. Large windows let in plenty of daylight and offer breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. The balconies invite you to enjoy the fresh mountain air with a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise over the mountains.

The area offers numerous opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, or simply relaxing and enjoying the tranquility of the mountains.

This house is the perfect retreat for families, couples, or friends looking for a break from everyday life and wanting to experience the beauty of the mountains. A place where memories are made and the soul finds peace.

The apartment hiinet (in standard German: herüben) is located on the 1st floor.

With an area of approximately 83 sqm and a large south-facing balcony, it is perfect for 2-4 people who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the Allgäu (possibly 6 people with a pull-out sofa bed).

In our accommodation, we offer our guests a locked room that is accessible via an outside staircase, with storage space for bicycles in the summer and for ski/snowboard equipment in the winter.

This room also features a washing station where you can clean your shoes, bicycle, and skis/snowboards from dirt.

Dogs are warmly welcomed here; we have a dog shower in the basement for your pet.
