Castelsardo is considered one of the most beautiful villages in Sardinia and Italy and its profile is one of the best known postcards of the coast; it still preserves the beauty of its historic centre with alleys and small squares that have remained intact since the Middle Ages and the fortified town is protected and dominated by the castle.
Among the alleys, one breathes the air of ancient traditions, small shops, but also entertainment, clubs and restaurants set in a wonderful scenic context.
Within the historical centre, a few steps away from the Cathedral of Sant'Antonio Abate, which rises sheer above the sea, is the flat "DUOMODUE", which is spread over three levels.
On the ground floor we find the kitchen/dining area and the first double bedroom with en suite bathroom.
Going up to the first floor a beautiful living area with sofa and TV guarantees moments of relaxation. Here we also find the second double bedroom with en suite bathroom.
On the top floor there is access to the beautiful outdoor terrace equipped with table and chairs and a sofa corner.
From here you can admire a fabulous sea view with historic buildings, rooftops and the Cathedral bell tower as a backdrop.

The house is fully equipped and each room offers the necessary privacy.
The flat is very characteristic as it is the result of a careful renovation of a period house, maintaining the original stylistic elements such as exposed stone walls and stone arches and combining them with modern elements.
The wonderful location makes it possible to be in a quiet area where cars cannot circulate, maintaining the beauty and historicity of the alleyways and being able to walk freely to reach clubs, restaurants and shops. A short distance away there are areas where you can park and if you want to stay in Castelsardo, you can reach the 'Marina' beach with a walk.
The entire Castello is a pedestrian zone; if you arrive by car, you can park along the ascent to the Castello (Via Nazionale) on the blue lines, or at the free car park on Via Rinascita or on Via degli Spalti della Manganella. It is also possible to park under the central square with the entrance from Via Colombo (for a fee) and then take the Calessini APE Tour, which are located on the square and take you directly to the Castle (their service is for a fee).
