Flat "Al Sil Ram" with private terrace

Enjoy Granada's sights and the "tapa bars", but live quietly and without the stress of parking in one of the rare, original Andalusian village houses, 7 km from the centre of Granada. A gallery-museum-house, which belongs to an artist. There are 2 accommodation units in the house, each for 2 to 4 people. They consist of a double bedroom, bathroom and living/dining room with sofa bed and cooking facilities. The courtyard belonging to the house can also be used and a barbecue is available. Alfacar is particularly famous for its many springs and its good bread, some of which is still baked in Arab wood-fired ovens. However, we bake our own wholemeal bread and can guide you in buying organic food. Alfacar, just ten minutes from the centre of Granada, is picturesquely situated at the foot of the Sierra de Huetor Nature Park. We are happy to share our knowledge of the country, its people and specialities with you. In addition to Spanish, we speak German and English and understand French, Italian and Portuguese. We can provide you with information and tips. The location is ideal for day trips to places of interest in the surrounding area. There are also good opportunities for hiking, climbing and paragliding. The distance to the Sierra Nevada ski area is 38 km and the distance to the sea is only 68 km. Breakfast is available in the cafeteria next door.

    “Er zat geen airco in het huisje maar een klein ventilatortje. Het was niet te doen met 35 graden buiten, meest van de dag stond huis vol in de zon. Dat was teleurstellend. Er was ook geen ijzer en oude meubels die we niet open konden krijgen??”

    “Een heel gezellig huisje, van alle gemakken voorzien. De entree is uniek door de galerie waar je door heen loopt. Kortom een heerlijk onderkomen! De bus vlakbij naar Granada is ook heel fijn.”

    “die Ferienwohnung in Granada/Alfacar ist absolut fantastisch und alles, was dazugehört wie Vermieter, Lage. Als Schulnote wuerde sie von uns die Note 1 bekommen und 5 von 5 Sternen. Eine ganz besondere Unterkunft, ein echter Geheimtipp. Würde jederzeit wieder dorthin; tolle Unterkunft und Gastgeber. Dringend weiterzuempfehlen!!!”

    “Het appartement is een rustige plaats gelegen aan een prachtige authentieke patio met grote laurierboom en klein waterbronnetje. De eigenaar is zeer behulpzaam, attent en vriendelijk. De inrichting is eenvoudig maar degelijk, schoon en authentiek. Wennen moet je aan het geluid van het kerkklokje, dat elk uur twee maal slaat. Wij hebben enorm genoten van de sfeer en de rust.”
