KerMonig, a heartfelt story... In Breton, 'KER' means home, and 'MONIG' is a tribute to my mother, who had the house built in the 1970s. It was my childhood home, and I'm bringing it back to life by welcoming travellers here.
There's no flashy luxury here, just genuine, functional home comforts that make you feel like you're really on holiday, just like your four-legged friends, who are very welcome.
The location is ideally strategic: the charm of the sea-side countryside at the gateway to Dinard, Saint-Malo and Dinan.
The house overlooks the remarkable estuary of the Vallée de la Rance and opens its doors onto the GR34-37 footpath and the surrounding shores. Accessible in just five minutes on foot along the quiet dead-end road, these privileged natural areas are ideal for pleasant strolls, refreshing baths and perfect spots for your furry friends, who are allowed in!

- Ground floor: fitted kitchen with dining area, spacious continuous dining area, large living room (sofa bed, android TV), bathroom (shower with hand rail), separate WC (with washbasin), and Bedroom 1 (double bed, large dressing room).

- Upstairs, via a straight staircase with handrails on either side. On the ground floor: the large studio bedroom 2 (small lounge, dolby, double bed), bedroom 3 (2 single beds), the office area (wifi fibre) and reading area have a view of the Rance estuary.

- Outside :
Your private and intimate garden terrace is equipped with a large picnic table, a barbecue, a clothesline for towels/linen, access to the car park (in the property), and pedestrian access with railings and level access to the road.

- The rear of the house is private and occupied.

- The gardens around and to the rear of the house are shared, and animals can also roam freely. The entire property is fully fenced.
The aromatic herbs in the garden are available to holidaymakers.

- Check-in: I prefer to welcome guests in person, but a key box is also available for late arrivals.
I communicate in French and English. I understand German and Spanish but have difficulty speaking them.

- Check-out: I do not charge for end-of-stay cleaning. You have the choice of leaving the house clean and tidy at no extra cost, or paying a supplement of 60 Euros for the end-of-stay cleaning service.

- A welcome guide book is left in the house. It contains all the information you need to make the most of your stay and use the facilities provided.
