Upstairs on the mezzanine: - 2 single beds 90 cm (+ possibility of an extra bed). - 1 double bed 140 cm. Equipment: Microwave oven, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, ceramic hob, electric coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, television, wifi box. Outside: - Small sea view from the balcony, equipped with garden furniture. - Parking outside the residence with free space. Beach 200 m away, as well as all water activities. Departures for coastal hiking trails. Cycle path along the sea connecting Fort-Bloqué to Guidel-Plages. Please note: - Electricity extra on the meter reading from 1/1 to 4/05 and from 10/19 to 12/31: cost per kwh according to EDF base rate in force - Bed and bathroom linen not provided - Possibility of rental: €16/sheet set or €19/duvet cover set; bathroom linen kit (2 towels, 2 bath sheets, 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat): €20, or individually available. - Pets accepted with a supplement of €28/pet week including short stay. - Departure cleaning to be carried out by the tenant or possibility of booking a cleaning package: €85 - The price of the variable tourist tax will be adapted on site.
