The villa offers a spacious living area, a private outdoor space, and breathtaking panoramic views of the rugged Cretan mountains. Indoor Facilities
The villa spans approximately 80 sqm of indoor living space and 90sqm of outdoor area, making it ideal for groups or families. The villas feature a spacious open-plan living area, where guests can relax on a comfortable sofa while enjoying modern amenities such as a 50’’ Smart TV with satellite channels. Large sliding doors provide access to private terraces or the pool area, creating an easy flow between the indoor and outdoor spaces. The villa has a fully functional kitchen, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease, and the dining area offers a welcoming space for shared meals. An extra guest can be accommodated on the sofa in the living area upon request at an extra cost. The sofa is comfortable for both adults and children as the size is 1.10*2.20m.

The ground level of the villa includes one beautifully designed bedroom, featuring a king-size bed, air conditioning, and direct access to the yard. This bedroom offers a private ensuite bathroom, complete with a shower. A communal bathroom with a shower is also available on this level.

The upper level features an additional bedroom with twin-size beds that can be converted into a king bed upon request, which offers a balcony with stunning views of the surrounding landscapes. An ensuite bathroom with a shower is available on this level for convenience.

Outdoor Facilities
Step outside to discover the ultimate outdoor oasis. The villa offers its own private outdoor space, where a swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, and a BBQ area create the perfect environment for relaxation and al fresco dining. The outdoor dining table is designed to accommodate all guests, and the pool area is ideal for cooling off while taking in the breathtaking views. An outdoor shower is also available to refresh after a swim. Lastly, free street parking ensures that guests have everything they need for a hassle-free stay.

*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated upon request free of charge from April to June and from September to November at about 26 - 27°C, depending on weather conditions. We request 5 days' advance notice for this facility.(Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)

The villa is part of Imbros Villas, a complex of 3 autonomous villas (two 2-bedroom and one 3-bedroom villa). The villas are located in the foothills of the Lefka Oroi at an altitude of 780 meters in the homonymous plateau, and the road from Askyfou to Sfakia, Guests can enjoy the peace and quiet of a rural setting, The location offers endless opportunities for hiking, exploration, and cultural immersion.

From 2024, as stated in Article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is fifteen euros per night from April to October and four euros per night from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
