Beautiful two-family farmhouse, recently restored, part of a farming estate producing excellent wine and oil, situated only 12 km from Florence in one of the most beautiful hills of the Florentine Chianti region. The surrounding hills, mainly full of olive groves, offer most beautiful and relaxing views. Peaceful position. 10 ha of grounds, ideal for walks amid the vineyards and olive groves. Each apartment has its own spacious and equipped lawn. Shared with the owner: enclosed and equipped outdoor area with swimming-pool (open from 08.00 until 20.00) with spacious sun terrace. Parking. Comfortable furniture. Shared laundry room (coin operated washing machine, iron and ironing board) in an outbuilding.     “La maison est très spacieuse et bien agencée. La vue est superbe sur la Toscane environnante. La terrasse est privative et très calme. C'était magnifique au mois de mai car ceinturée d'iris. La piscine est très agréable au milieu des oliviers. L'accueil était chaleureux. La propriétaire est discrète et attentive à nos besoins. Accès à Florence est possible en 30 minutes par la voiture. Alimentation est possible à 5 minutes à pied pour le dépannage, et à 10 minutes en voiture pour le quotidien. On avait un super séjour!”
