Time-out, your time-out with us

Our holiday home in Höfen is located in the middle of the Eifel National Park. The holiday home was lovingly and tastefully renovated and completely refurnished at the end of 2023, beginning of 2024.

The house offers plenty of space for 10 people and is therefore perfectly suited and equipped for group trips. There are four separate bedrooms: 3 double rooms and one quadruple room. The bedrooms are spread over two floors. There is a bathroom with shower and WC on each floor. An additional WC is located directly next to the quadruple room.
There is a kitchen on each floor of the house. These are equipped with sufficient cutlery and china for 10 people and all the usual household appliances.
The beautiful living and dining area is furnished with a large table with plenty of seating. A wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere.

Free parking is available next to the house. Two garages can also be booked for an extra charge.

The large garden has a terrace and is equipped with garden furniture.



Shopping facilities can be found in the neighbouring village of Imgenbroich.
In Höfen itself there is a snack bar, a restaurant and a petrol station. Other restaurants can be found in the neighbouring villages.

Monschau is famous for its Christmas market. The shuttle bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.

The short distance to the historic old town of Monschau, the Rursee lake and the High Fens makes its location a great starting point for beautiful excursions. Various hiking and cycling trails are in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home.

Quiet times
In the spirit of good neighbourliness, we ask you to respect the public quiet times such as
lunchtime, night and Sunday quiet times. Also in the holiday home itself
should also be kept quiet between 22:00 and 6:00 out of consideration.

If you intend to bring your bicycles with you, we would ask you to book the lockable garage. It is not permitted to leave bicycles in the house.
