The property - approx. 110 square meters of living space (without basement) is located on a hillside, directly on a spruce forest. Spruce, maple, beech, ash, oak and much more grow on the 2500 m² property, almost untouched nature.We have had a parking space for 2-3 cars created on our property directly on the public access road. On a newly designed, stepped and gravel path you walk approx. 50 m downhill to our holiday home.Through the classic country house door you enter the tiled hallway, where the doors to the bathroom, living-dining room and basement exit are located. The stairs to the upper floor are open. In the hallway there is the wardrobe, a large Casa Cultura walnut chest of drawers as additional storage space and an old farmer's sofa (newly upholstered).The bathroom has a spacious rain shower with hand shower, double sink, toilet area separated by a wall and a cupboard stocked with enough hand and shower towels. In front of the large wall mirror there are 2 glass shelves with beautiful bathroom accessories. A floor-to-ceiling towel radiator completes the comfortable bathroom.From the hallway you come into the large living-dining area. The floor there is a newly refinished, solid beech parquet, which gives the room a very special warmth and coziness. A 350 cm long, floor-to-ceiling glass front - with a door to the balcony - ensures a generous flood of light. Another glass door also leads to the balcony opposite the dining area, so that this area is also bright and pleasant - with a wonderful view of the deep Sauerland. In addition to the gas central heating, the room is equipped with a fireplace that can be viewed from three sides, which provides a very special warmth and atmosphere on long autumn and winter evenings. The seating area consists of a large COR Conseta sofa and a COR Conseta chaise longue. A behr international lowboard offers storage space and is also the basis for the 40""GRUNDIG flat bed
