The apartment, built in 2013, is on the ground floor and has a bedroom with a double bed (170 x 195cm), a bedroom with two single beds (85 x 195cm), a bathroom with a shower, a big and light living room with a sofa and an LED TV (32”), as well as a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher and fridge with a freezer compartment. A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are also available. The two bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning (cool/warm). Wireless Internet access is available.
Outside there is a furnished terrace where you can enjoy your meal in total relax. Opposite the building you can find a big public car park.It is the perfect accommodation to relax and enjoy al fresco dining on the beautiful veranda. Small and comfortable, it is ideal for traveling as a couple.The apartment is located in a newly built residential complex and is located just 350 meters from the beach and the center. You can move easily on foot. You will find all the comforts that will make your stay optimal.
At you arrival there is an extra pay of the city tax x night/person for the first 7 nights counted for people more than 12 years old.The apartment has a big Veranda with table and chairs.
