The gîtes are right in the middle of nature and will offer you calm, serenity and rest. Here you can forget all your worries and recharge your batteries.
The accommodation comprises a spacious main room of around 40 m2 with kitchen area, living room and sitting room.
Upstairs, in an open-plan space, is the bedroom with its own shower room, WC and dressing room.
Because of the estate's isolation and the current lack of fibre, the WIFI offered is only a low-speed ADSL connection of average quality (we are impatiently awaiting fibre).
With the television, you will have access to the TNT channels.
The grounds are spacious, with large green and wooded areas, crossed by a small stream.
Children can enjoy a swing, slide and space to let off steam without worrying about passing a car!
As for the parents, they can relax on deckchairs or make use of the outdoor furniture provided in various parts of the estate, or relax by the fire, depending on the season.
An above-ground swimming pool, heated by solar panels, is available to holidaymakers in summer.
In order to limit abuse during the winter period, electricity sub-meters have been installed and will be read on arrival and departure. 15 kWh/day are included in the price; anything extra will be billed at the current EDF rate.
In the event of an incident or accident, the hosts cannot be held responsible under any circumstances.
Groups wishing to organise events on the estate are requested to contact the hosts before booking. Events can only be authorised once the hosts have given their agreement and the premises have been privatised.
The estate is ideally located, with easy access to the RN12, making it very easy to get around.
Away from the hustle and bustle of the coast in summer, but still only 20 minutes from the first beaches.
The famous Pink Granite Coast is 30 minutes away, and the no less famous Arrhées Mountains are a 45-minute drive away.
Not forgetting Carnoët and its Vallée des Saints or the Forêt du Huelgoat and its Roche Tremblante... So many fascinating and easily accessible places.
