Villa 'Entire Structure
This is a newly built complex consisting of two adjacent but independent villas and an annexe, less than 200 metres from the beach at Lido di Noto.
It has two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room with double sofa bed for each villa, double bedroom with bathroom and shower for the dependance. Each villa has its own private outdoor Jacuzzi.
The property is surrounded by a large garden and has a magnificent heated swimming pool with jacuzzi, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols and a covered dining area with barbecue. The interior is bright thanks to the large panoramic windows and is furnished in a functional and elegant manner. It is a perfect solution for two/three families or small groups of friends. It can accommodate up to 14 persons.
Welcome basket, a tasteful welcome on your arrival: On your arrival at the villa, you will find a welcome basket with typical Sicilian products and excellent local wine. The pride of the services offered by the owner are the boat excursions, where you can admire the magnificent views of the coast and bathe in the crystal-clear waters of the most beautiful beaches of eastern Sicily: Marzamemi, Portopalo di Capopassero, Vendicari, Fontane Bianche and the famous beach of Calamosche. Additional services can be booked directly with the owner:
- Babysitter: a trusted person who takes care of your child. Home care services are strictly monitored and babysitters have passed numerous examinations and attended training courses to ensure your child's safety.
