Smogorjow-Prjawoz, as the place is called in the Sorbian language that is still spoken here, is an ideal starting point for exploring the unique landscape and the special traditions of the Spreewald. Very interesting excursion tips are u. a. the Spreewaldtherme (2 km), Burg-Srpeewald (5 km), Berlin and Dresden (approx. 100 km) or Tropical Island.
