Accessible house with garden and terrace

This detached holiday home has two floors. The ground floor is accessible to people with reduced mobility. It comprises a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a shower and a disabled-accessible toilet. There are two further bedrooms upstairs - one with a double bed and one with three single beds. There is an additional bathroom with shower cubicle and WC.

All major shops are about two kilometres away in the town of Tarascon sur Ariège. In the town of Hussat les Bains, about five kilometres from the holiday home, you can also treat yourself to a thermal bath.

There is a garden with a terrace adjoining the house. Parking is available in front of the house.

    “Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig, sie entspricht der Beschreibung. In der Küche sind alle Küchengeräte vorhanden, ausreichend Geschirr und genügend Stauraum für Lebensmittel. TV-Programme empfängt man über den "Atlantik-Satelliten" nur französischsprachig, kein Videorekorder. Das Haus liegt in der Nähe der Bahnlinie (Regio-Bahn), die nachts aber nicht fährt. Auf der atraveo-Karte ist die Lage falsch eingetragen, die Geo-Koordinaten stimmen nicht (zentral in Tarascon); das Haus liegt ca. 3 km vom Zentrum entfernt im nordöstlichen Ortsteil Bompas (wie in der Adresse korrekt angegeben). PKW ist erforderlich, lokale Busverbindung gibt es keine, der Regionalbus nach Tarascon verkehrt nur selten (für Berufspendler).
    Der Zustand des Häuschens ist sehr gut und gepflegt. An der Sauberkeit außen und innen haben wir nichts zu kritisieren. Der Preis ist angemessen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und ihrem Mann war sehr freundlich und unaufdringlich - leider waren unsere Französischkenntnisse für ein richtiges Gespräch zu rudimentär. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.”
