Villa "Lilla Sjöbo" with a view of the water

The location of the holiday home on a small hill is fantastic, flooded with light and sunshine, enhanced by large panoramic windows. The house Lilla Sjöbo is situated on a headland without a through road between the two lakes Hubbestadsjön and Rolstorpasjön, which are connected by the approx. 60 km long river Häran.
A marvellous fishing and canoeing/kayaking area.
Plenty of swimming just a few metres from the house.
Lovers of peace and quiet will find a little paradise here. The house has a natural plot, mostly meadow area of approx. 2300m2 and a living area of approx. 150m2.
The wild and romantic view of two lakes gives the property a special touch.

The house has an approx. 80 m2 terrace, partly covered with an outdoor fireplace and lake view. Sufficient garden furniture is available.
Another terrace with sauna house and wood-fired bathtub with lake view invites you to linger.
Herbs and salads grow in our garden, depending on the season, which our guests are welcome to harvest.
Depending on the season, there are plenty of mushrooms and berries.
Our jetty with bathing ladder is close to the house.
A 4.40 metre canoe and fishing boat are at your disposal. Motor and another boat can be booked on request.

The house is extensively equipped, has WLAN, satellite TV with German-language programmes, and radio with USB and CD.
A good night's sleep is important on holiday, so there are 2 bedrooms with double beds 180/200 cm, please bring large fitted sheets. The larger bedroom has a lake view with large panoramic windows and a wood-burning stove and sofa.
The spacious room layout with open-plan living/dining area and wood-burning stove offers a pleasant atmosphere.
The kitchen offers plenty of equipment, with various small appliances such as a waffle iron, hand mixer, kettle and everything a hobby cook needs.
There is also a dining table with a view of the lake in the kitchen.
The modern bathroom on the ground floor has natural light.

In the basement there is a laundry room and a workshop.

Walks and hikes are possible directly from the house, every two- and four-legged friend will be happy!
Smaller and larger sandy beaches are in the immediate vicinity, which can be reached quickly on foot, by boat or by bike.
There is also a nudist beach about 20 minutes away on foot.
Anglers will find a rich selection of fish in our lakes, such as zander, perch, eel, tench and pike.
A rarely beautiful canoeing area runs right past the house.

    “Eine super schöne Unterkunft, es gibt alles, was man zum erholsamen Urlauben braucht. Die Lage zwischen den beiden Seen und die Aussicht ist toll! Die Kommunikation mit Isabella war hervorragend, sie ist sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben gleich für's nächste Jahr gebucht!”
