Two-storey comfort chalet with flair and charm, in a sunny panoramic location. Cosy furnishings with open fireplace and free WLAN. The special feature of this chalet is its generous, spacious layout.
On the first floor is the living room with sofas, open fireplace and dining table as well as the well-equipped kitchen. Access to the large terrace.
There is also a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (washbasin/shower) and a double bedroom. There is an additional bathroom (washbasin/bathtub) and a separate WC on this floor.
The upper floor has 4 further bedrooms: a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (basin/shower), a twin bedroom with shower, a further twin bedroom and a double bedroom. There is a bathroom (washbasin/bathtub) and a separate WC on this floor.

This chalet is all about "holidays of short distances": after a day's skiing, you can stroll to the central village square or through the old alleyways of the charming village of Champagny. The village square is surrounded by restaurants, cafés, après-ski bars, a grocery shop, a cinema (French/English) and several sports shops with ski hire. The public swimming pool (with wellness facilities) is approx. 400 metres away. An exclusive holiday quality: skiing in a top ski area - living in a cosy, traditional mountain village, with a correspondingly high quality of stay and relaxation. To the express cable car and the ski slopes ~250 m. Bakery ~100 m away.

Altitude of chalet: 1,250 m. Ski area up to 3,250 m with glacier. With 425 km of pistes, one of the world's largest ski areas; 157 lifts. Champagny is well connected with an express gondola lift and modern 6-seater chairlifts to the Bellecôte glacier and Les Arcs. Two lifts take you to La Plagne (Plagne Centre) via the Verdons ski summit. Snow-covered valley run back to the village. A highlight is the 10-km mega descent from the glacier outpost 'Roche de Mio' to Champagny, with a difference in altitude of 1,500 metres. Plenty of deep snow options in the Verdons area and on the Bellecôte glacier. Children's/practice lift (free) and ski school area at the top station of the gondola lift at 2,000 m altitude. Also next to the mountain station is the new "Pic-Nic-Chalet" with sun terrace. Approx. 15 minutes by car to Courchevel/the 3 Vallées ski area.

Summer info
The chalet has an electric barbecue. Sports activities such as hiking, climbing, mountain biking, adventure trail, tennis, fishing, paragliding offer plenty of variety for young and old. In midsummer there is a mountain painting exhibition and jazz concerts in St Sigismond's Church. The adventure course and outdoor pool are popular with children. The highlight is certainly the largest national park in France, the "Parc National Vanoise", which invites you to explore its 500 kilometres of marked hiking trails.
In summer there is no service charge for heating + electricity (May - November).

    “Ausstattung: 4 Punkte
    - Es fehlt an nichts und 12 Personen können gut versorgt werden. Genug Geschirr vorhanden.
    - Badezimmer klein, aber sehr gut nutzbar und praktisch, dass es Duschen in einigen Zimmern gibt.
    - Wohnbereich mit Bodenheizung ausgestattet und einen großen Kamin mit genug Holz.
    - Ein Flachbildschirm mit Deutschen Programmen ist auch vorhanden.
    - Ein Minus Punkt gibt es, da es keinen Trockenraum gibt. Platz für Ski und Snowboards ist zwar vorhanden, aber ein Platz um die Schuhe zu trocknen nicht. (Wir haben den Flur benutzt)
    - 2 sehr große Garagen sind vorhanden, wo man mit Dachbox parken kann. Davor befinden sich dann nochmal zwei Stellplätze, so dass man ohne Probleme mit 4 Autos anreisen kann.

    Lage: 4 Punkte
    - Skilift wirklich gut zu Fuß zu erreichen
    - Einkaufmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, sowie Mülltonnen, um den Müll los zu werden.
    - Haus liegt an einer Hauptstraße, die aber nicht so stark befahrbar ist und da das Haus höher liegt, als die Straße, bekommt davon auch nichts mit.
    Zustand/Sauberkeit: 5 Punkte
    - Haus in einem wirklich guten Zustand. Alles hat funktioniert!
    - Alle Zimmer, Badezimmer und Küche waren sehr gepflegt und sauber.
    Preiswürdigkeit: 4,5 Punkte
    - Da kommt es darauf an, wann man Anreist. Für uns hat es sich gelohnt!!!”
