Cosy holiday home Chalet Charmille

Ski area: ~250m Luxurious chalet with sauna, outdoor jacuzzi and open fireplace. The chalet is in a perfect location at 1600 metres with magnificent views of the Rhône valley, it is spacious and furnished to a high standard. There is an en-suite bathroom for each of the six bedrooms. The living room has direct access to the balcony. Additional shower in the sauna area. Level 2: On this floor there are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms - one with two single beds, one with three single beds and one with a double bed and a single bed. Level 1: Here you will find the spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a cosy seating area by the open fireplace. There is also a dining area with a table for 14 people. Access to the sun terrace from the dining area. Separate and fully equipped kitchen. On this level there is also another bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom as well as a guest toilet. Ground floor: On this floor you will find the sauna with shower and two further bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. One bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. There is a ski room. Please note: There is a separate area on this floor which is not available to the tenant. Top location above the village, ~250 m to the ski slope leading to the cable car station (connection Verbier/4 Vallées). To the chairlift ~400 m. From the piste down to the chalet (~200 m, not marked or groomed, at your own risk).

Ski bus stop ~70 m (uphill). About 750 m to the village centre with supermarket, restaurants, après-ski pubs, childcare. To the ice rink and indoor swimming pool ~ 600 m

Ski info Chalet altitude ~1600 m, ski area up to 3,330 m, with Mont Fort glacier; 410 km of pistes, 95 lifts, largest ski area in Switzerland. 10-km toboggan run, ascent by cable car.

Summer info In the summer season, free use of the La Tzoumaz - Verbier mountain railway and VIP pass with other free offers such as mini golf and Verbier outdoor pool. The chalet has garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue. In summer there are reduced service charges (May to September). A wide range of activities such as hiking, mountaineering, mountain biking, climbing, paragliding, tennis, golf (in Verbier) and fishing. In La Tzoumaz there is the Trail of the Senses at an altitude of 1700 metres, with 12 'sensory stations' and an exhibition on the regional flora and fauna. Pleasant walks, e.g. sections of the typical Valais 'bisses' (bisses) waterways. The Bisse de Saxon leads from La Tzoumaz via Nendaz to Vercorin. Total network of paths around 150 km. Interesting excursion possibilities due to the location in the border triangle of Switzerland - Italy - France, e.g. with the Mont Blanc Express to Chamonix, or over the Great St. Bernard Pass into the Italian Aosta Valley. To the bathing lake 'Les Iles' approx. 20 min. by car.

    “Je pense que le propriétaire pourrait investir dans une nouvelle literie!! Positiv: l'emplacement ensoleillé, les 2 éviers à la cuisine. Negativ: les coussins des chaises de la salle à manger inconfortables et décousus.
    le manque de porte savon dans les douches, ainsi qu'un tapis au sortir de la douche.
    Avec des enfants frileux nous aurions appréciés des duvets supplémentaires ou des couvertures!”

    “Positiv: Whirlpool, ruhige Lage, viel Platz. Zu jedem Schlafzimmer 1 Badezimmer. Grosse Küche. Negativ: Kaputte Pfannen, für Reinigung praktisch kein Material vorhanden. Nebenkosten extrem hoch. Restaurant: Auberge la Tzoumaz - Regionale Küche Ausflüge: Mont Fort - Berg auf 3300 Höhenmeter, mit Bergbahn zu erreichen”

    Der Durchschnittswert für Strom bei diesem Chalet incl. Sauna- und Whirlpoolverbrauch beläuft sich auf ca. 0,95 EUR pro Person / Übernachtung bei Vollbelegung.
    Die Verwaltung vor Ort (sehr gute Erreichbarkeit) sorgt bezüglich z.B. kaputter Pfannen etc. für umgehende Abhilfe.”

    Gerne möchten wir darauf hinweisen, dass es noch einen näher zum Chalet gelegenen Zugang zum Skigebiet gibt als die Gondelbahn: etwa 250 m vom Chalet - beim Café Etablons - entfernt besteht direkter Zugang zur bescheiten blauen/einfachen Talabfahrt. Zur Sesselbahn Etablons ist es ca. 300 m vom Chalet aus. Das Chalet befindet sich in Hanglage, mit direkter Pkw-Zufahrt; der Parkplatz ist ebenerdig zum Chalet.

    Wir würden uns sehr freuen, Sie wieder als Gast begrüßen zu dürfen.”
