Villa Botin, heated pool, AC, sea view

Villa Botin is undeniably: "A house with a view"! Everywhere you look, even from the heated pool, the magnificent landscape takes your breath away. You can see both the mountains and the sea. You are surrounded by the incredible beauty of nature, surrounded by large olive and almond groves. The house is situated on a quiet road but only 5 minutes drive from the beautiful Andalusian village of Comares, also known as "The Pearl of Axarquia" and voted "Pueblo magico de España". All our villas are set in beautiful natural surroundings and quiet village areas. Please note that the villas are not suitable and available for noisy parties.air conditioning is available in all 4 bedrooms of the house, on a pay-per-use basis. VILLA EL BOTIN. The air-conditioned swimming pool is open from 1 April to 15 November.

The house has 4 bedrooms and lounge and 2 bathrooms. There is a very cosy and comfortable lounge with a pellet stove for those colder evenings and a large French window that opens onto the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, fridge and all necessary cooking utensils. There is TV, DVD, stereo, FREE WIFI and ample parking.

Monthly rentals (28 days or more) do NOT include electricity, bottled gas (if required) and pellets for the pellet stove.it is possible to rent the villa during the month of January to March.

Air-conditioning charges: a flat rate per week is included in your stay, after which you pay for what you use.

The large private swimming pool (12m x 4m) can be heated.

There are terraces with views of the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains. An outdoor barbecue area invites you to cook and dine al fresco. This part of southern Spain has the best climate in Europe, with very mild winters, as evidenced by the many tropical fruits that grow here: mangoes, cherymoyas and avocados. Imagine enjoying all this with friends or family in a super relaxing environment... it's a dream come true!
Our guests are also welcome to bring a pet, but only on request.

The pretty village of Comares has been voted "Pueblo Magico de España" and is often referred to as "The Pearl of Axarquia". There are restaurants, cosy bars, a supermarket, a bakery (bread baked in a wood-fired oven!), banks, a pharmacy and an ATM. A doctor is on hand every morning. Just outside the village, you can enjoy the via ferratas and the largest Tiroline in Spain. The beautiful surroundings invite you to go hiking, cycling, mountain biking or just... relax and enjoy the view.The award-winning beach of Torre del Mar is only 40 minutes (approx) by car from the house. There are many wonderful 'chiringuitos' (beach restaurants) where you can enjoy fresh fish straight from the nearby fishing port of Caleta de Velez. Velez Malaga is next to Torre del Mar and has a large shopping centre. The beautiful Lake Viñuela is approximately 40 minutes' drive from the house. You can hike around the lake and enjoy a good meal in one of the restaurants. Nerja, with its famous caves and the famous Balcon d'Europa, is about an hour's drive from the house. Málaga, the pearl of gastronomy and culture, is also only an hour away. Visit one of the many museums, enjoy a real flamenco show or shop until you drop in the famous Calle Larios. Villa El Botin is also perfectly situated for visiting other parts of Andalusia. You can visit Ronda, Granada (Alhambra), Cordoba (Mezquita) or the famous Caminito del Rey on a day trip.and there's so much more!     “Das Haus in den Bergen bei Vélez-Málaga zeichnet sich durch eine sehr ruhige Lage aus. Bezüglich Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Zustand, etc. blieben keine Wünsche offen. Absolut positiv muss ich aber die Poolheizung erwähnen, die den Pool auf angenehme ca. 28° C erwärmt hat.”

    “Toplage inmitten der Landschaft, mit grandiosem Ausblick über die Täler bis zum Meer.
    10 Minuten Autofahrt bis Comares.
    Haus mit 12 Schlafmöglichkeiten(zwei mal Sofa) Empfehlenswert 8 Personen.
    Große Küche. Ausreichend großes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und Pelettofen.
    2 Bäder, davon eins sehr klein und mit wenig Ablageflächen oder Haken.
    Wunderbarer Außenbereich mit großem Pool, vielen Liegen und Außenkamin(Grill)

    Insgesamt gesehen gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis.
    Etwas schwer zu finden, insbesondere bei Nacht.”

    “Haus ist exakt wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Wir waren 8 Leute alle im Alter von 18-20. Der Urlaub war sehr empfehlenswert. Einkausfladen ca. 7 Minuten mit dem Auto enternt.”

    “Das Haus, die Aussicht und alles ringsrum ist genauso vorhanden wie beschrieben. Wir waren mit 2 Familien mit je 2 Kindern für eine Woche dort. Also insgesamt 8 Personen. Das Haus ist groß genug dafür und mit der Poolheizung war der Pool 24 Stunden nutzbar! Der vorhandene Außengrill war sauber und gut gepflegt, wurde von uns auch regelmäßig genutzt. Da das Haus allein steht, muss man sich um Straßenlärm und Nachbarn nicht kümmern. Bei unserem Eintreffen, war alles vorbereitet und in einem sauberen Zustand, die Ausstattung war zweckmäßig und gut. Die Betten in allen Zimmern waren sehr gut, dass Wohnzimmer haben wir nicht zum Schlafen genutzt, wäre aber generell auch möglich gewesen. Auf der Terrasse gab es 9 Sonnenliegen, so dass man sich nicht um einen Liegeplatz streiten musste ;-)
    Wichtig ist die Anfahrt zu planen, das Navi bringt einen nur Umständlich dort hin. Die Wegbeschreibung der Vermieter ist sehr hilfreich gewesen! Dank Google Maps wussten wir, dass die restlichen Meter auf einem staubigen Weg stattfinden. Für die Versorgung waren wir in Tore de Mar in den üblichen Supermärkten die dort ausreichend vorhanden sind. Insgesamt sehr gelungen, werden gerne wiederkommen!”
