Tuscan Tradition

House finished in 2021 with recovery of many traditional Tuscan materials, set in a country setting with approx. 16,000 sqm mainly olive groves. Ample space in the meadows and in the front yard (Aia) for lunch/dinner and convivial moments. Special features of personal liking are the two rooms upstairs with double windows to the east and west with landscape/sunset over the Apuan Alps and in particular Mount Pania, the landscape to the west also in the room downstairs and the study that can become a room with a double sofa bed. In the living room and in one of the two kitchens large fireplaces. Illuminated exterior at night. Ideal for those who want a contact immersed in nature in full relaxation, but with all the comforts both in the house and nearby, Barga with supermarkets, shops, nice restaurants, municipal outdoor swimming pool with beautiful scenery, tennis courts horse riding is 1.5 km on foot 2 km by car. From the house it is an excellent starting point for visiting the north of Tuscany, Lucca km 33, Pisa km 53, Forte dei Marmi/Versilia/Tyrrhenian Sea 56 km, Florence Km 100, but above all all the Garfagnana to visit within a short distance. Barga has an altitude of 400 metres, in 10/15 minutes (9/10km) you can reach Renaio at an altitude of 1,000 metres, where there is a restaurant or the altitude of 1,500 with Passo radici or San pellegrino in alpi with about 26km
