Flat 2 steps from the islands

Non-smoking flat for 2 people. On the 2nd floor in a small secure residence, the flat has been completely renovated. The flat is located in the centre of town in a quiet street with little traffic.
30 metres away is a free public car park with 30 spaces + an additional free car park with 50 spaces in July and August + 100 metres away is a public car park with 200 spaces near the tourist office.
Close to all shops:
100 metres: bakery, banks, mini-market, market, fish and chip shop, organic food shop, etc. .....+ bus network
200 metres away: the walled town, fishing port, beaches, restaurants, boat landing stages for the Glénan islands and the Odet river, marinarium, fishing museum, hiking trails, corniche and diving school.
1 km from the thalassotherapy centre and the Château de Kériolet.
15 km from Pont-Aven
40 km from Locronan
80 km from la pointe du raz, cap de la chèvre
Access by car: RN165 Exit 51 Coat conq then follow signs for Concarneau town centre
Access by train: Quimper or Rosporden SNCF station + bus shuttle to Concarneau town centre (200 metres from the flat)

There's everything you need for a Breton break: restaurants serving fish and shellfish caught on our coasts and all the culinary specialities of our region. Numerous events and visits are organised during the season. The walled town, visits to the Glénan islands and folk festivals, walking routes along the coast and cycling circuits.
For the early risers, during the summer, visits to the fish auction will allow you to attend fish auctions and the presentation of the species of fish caught on our coasts.
From June to September, a wide range of activities are organised when you visit the Château de Kerolet.
-On request, we can provide a folding bed for children under 2.
-Towels can be hired on request, to be paid for on arrival.

    “Sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung, ruhige Lage und doch zentral gelegen.
    Zuvorkommendes Vermieterpaar, das uns persönlich in die Wohnung geführt hat.
    Es hat uns sehr gefreut, dass wir auch Flyers in deutscher Sprache vorgefunden haben.
    Ebenfalls sehr aufmerksam war, dass extra für uns Krimis von Jean-Luc Bannalec in deutscher Sprache organisiert wurden.”

    “Une literie extra pour ce type de location. Positiv: Un appartement parfaitement aménagé pour rendre les vacances très agréables. Une localisation idéale à deux pas de tout. Negativ: Il manquait juste une bouilloire électrique mais la propriétaire va y remédier. Restaurant: L'Amiral - La table incontournable de Concarneau mais réputation surfaite...peu copieux. Ausflüge: Les îles Glenan - Une journée de reve !”
