The residence is located 3.5 km. from the center of Evian-les-Bains. The beautiful Lake Geneva is therefore at your feet. This apartment with lake view is located in a three-story chalet, accessible by elevator. It is nicely furnished and finished with lots of wood. The living room has a TV and a double sofa bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped including a dishwasher. In the apartment you will also find a bedroom with a double bed and a single fold-out bed and a bathroom with bath or shower and toilet. Outside you will find a terrace or a balcony with garden furniture.
