Welcome to the "Ferienhaus Allgäu" with sauna in a large garden. This very quiet house (1.5 km to the town center) is situated on a slope in the district of Niederhöfen, surrounded by green meadows and pure nature. It's the ideal starting point for hikes and excursions in both summer and winter. The apartment itself is barrier-free and has a terrace with its own garden area and access to the log cabin sauna. A sunny lawn and playground can be shared. Strollers, bicycles, and skis can be stored dry in the garage. Your little ones will be provided with a crib, high chair, and diaper bin, and a dedicated parking space is available for your car. Well-behaved dogs are welcome.
The comfortably furnished 2-room holiday apartment "Paul" (68 sqm) on the ground floor includes a bedroom (double bed), living room with a couch including a sleeping function for 2 people, a separate kitchen with a dining area, flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, radio, telephone, bathroom with shower/bath/WC, and terrace.

Conditions:
The deposit of 100% is due 6 weeks before arrival - for last-minute bookings directly after booking. Cancellations after booking will incur fees of 25% (from the day of booking), 70% (from the 29th to the 15th day before arrival), or 100% (from the 14th day before arrival) of the total price in case of impossible re-renting.
Electricity, water, heating, bed linen, kitchen and towels, as well as parking are included. Sauna, bathrobe, sauna towel, laundry room usage, and phone calls are charged separately.
The new log cabin outdoor sauna in the garden will be charged at 10.00 Euros per use (4 hours). Pets on request (max. 1 dog): 50.00 Euros per animal per stay.
The visitor's tax of EUR 2.10 for adults / night and EUR 1.00 for children (6-15 years) / night, as well as the deposit for guest cards of EUR 5.00 / card, are to be paid in advance with the accommodation costs. Children up to 6 years stay free!
