This cosy holiday home is situated in Skalhamn, near the beautiful summer resort of Lysekil. It is set on the same garden plot as the landlord's house and surrounded by beautiful nature.

The cottage features a small kitchen with all of the necessary amenities as well as a washing machine. The living room is equipped with a small sofa, a TV, and two single beds. By the dining area, you will find a sofa bed for 1-2 people. The bathroom features a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. . The cottage has a secluded terrace that the sun reaches during most hours of the day. Please note that the landlord owns a dog and a cat and therefore this accommodation may not be suitable if you have allergies. The cottage is next door to holiday home no. 99185.

The child-friendly beach by Fiskebäcksvik is 3.5 kilometres away. There are plenty of other great bathing spots within driving distance. The waters in this area are excellent for fishing, especially for crabs. Or why not rent a canoe and explore the coast and the beautiful little islands.

The holiday home is only 10 kilometres from the lovely town of Lysekil. Lysekil is known to be one of northern Europe's best places for canoeing, kayaking, diving, and fishing. In the summer you can catch a tourist boat and enjoy the archipelago, or why not go on a seal safari? In the centre of Lysekil you will find shops, restaurants and music events.

If you are interested in history you will enjoy the ancient rock carvings on the cliffs of Brodalen! You can also visit Vikarvets Museum where you can learn more about what the stone- and tin industry was like in the past. For those who love swimming, there's an excellent, child-friendly beach by Govik. Or why not visit the harbour, where you will find a great bistro and the exciting aquarium Havets Hus. Other activities are the guided tours through the town and the nature reserve Stångehuvud. Children will enjoy ”minituffen”, a little train that takes you on a guided tour. If you prefer to play golf, there's a golf course, Holma GK.

    “Das Ferienhaus ist entzückend und gemütlich. Es liegt versteckt und sehr ruhig im Wald, neben dem Haus der Besitzer (stört überhaupt nicht, im Gegenteil, sind sehr nette Menschen). Das Haus hat ca. 30m2, diese sind aufgeteilt auf zwei Räume + Bad mit WC und zusätzlich gibt es eine große Terrasse mit Griller. Die Einrichtung ist in weiß gehalten und gibt dem Häuschen einen eleganten, aber vor allem gemütlichen Touch. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Geschirrspüler gibt es nicht.

    Die Bettwäsche kann vorbestellt werden (bei uns waren es SEK 100,-- pro Person. Handtücher sollte man mitbringen, bei uns waren allerdings welche vorhanden. Ebenfalls mitzubringen/zu kaufen sind Toilettenpapier, Küchenrollen und eventuell Seife. Auch eine Endreinigung kann bestellt werden, ansonsten ist angedacht, dass jeder das Haus vor Verlassen selbst putzt. Wir haben es so gehandhabt und es ist kein Problem.
    Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 10-15 Autominuten entfernt. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall ein Muss.

    Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis fanden wir ausgesprochen gut und wir können das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir würden selbst jederzeit wieder dort wohnen.”

    “Das Ferienhaus ist komplett ausgestattet. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr umfangreich. Wir haben uns fast zwei Wochen lang fast täglich komplett selbst versorgt und dabei nichts vermisst. Zu dritt (zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind) hatten wir ausreichend Platz. Die Räume waren geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Die Veranda bietet viel Platz und Sitzgelegenheiten zum Sonnen, Grillen und Essen. Die Lage ist in der Karte nicht ganz richtig. Das Haus liegt ca. 300 m Luftlinie vom Wasser entfernt, ungefähr bei dem Schriftzug 'Sörkila', und nicht direkt an der gelb markierten Straße. Zum Haus führt ein ca. 1km-langer, weißeingezeichneter Waldweg. Wir haben keinen direkten Zugang zum Wasser gefunden. Die Gegend ist sehr felsig und bewaldet, was uns allerdings sehr gut gefallen hat.”

    “Die Ausstattung war gut, Lage des Objektes sehr abgelegen, von daher nur mit Auto zu empfehlen. Trotz Nähe zum Haupthaus und den Besitzern hatte man seine Ruhe und Ungestörtheit.”
