    “Das Haus war, bis auf kleine Defekte, in Ordnung. Viel schlimmer ist der Buchungs- & Zahlungsablauf. Man bekommt eine Email als Buchungsbestätigung mit Zahlungsaufforderung und wenn man eine normale Überweisung tätigt, dann kann man sicher sein, dass die Buchung storniert wird!!! Weil es denen scheinbar zu lange dauert mit dem Geldeingang :( die Stornierungsmail landet im Spam Ordner und kann leicht übersehen werden. Somit standen wir am Tag der Buchung vor dem Areal und hatten kein Haus. Den Servicemitarbeiter in Deutschland, den wir darauf hin angerufen haben, ist ein Ausbund an Kommunikationstalent und kann zwar den Geldeingang sehen, aber nichts weiter machen. Nach einigen hin und her und dem tollen Einsatz der Mitarbeiter des Euro Parcs war es zu verdanken das wir doch noch ein Haus bekamen und wir Urlaub machen konnten.”
