With a total of 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and a spacious communal area consisting of a dining room, living room, open-plan kitchen and a stylish bar, this property offers everything you need for a relaxing stay.
A wellness area of 50 square metres with sauna completes the offer and makes it ideal for families, friends or company events. THE GARDEN:

The garden of the Olive Tree holiday home in Bullay invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors. Covering an area of 300 square metres, it offers plenty of space for activities and relaxation in the countryside. A spacious terrace with a gas barbecue invites you to linger and is equipped with a garden table that seats up to 15 people. Guests can gather here to enjoy meals al fresco or simply enjoy the fresh air and beautiful surroundings. The garden has a well-tended lawn with sun loungers available for relaxing and sunbathing. There is also a cosy lounge area that is perfect for sitting back and enjoying the atmosphere. Completely fenced, the garden also offers children and dogs a safe place to play and run around. Nestled in the picturesque landscape of Bullay, the garden of the Olive Tree holiday home offers an idyllic setting for an unforgettable holiday.
The approximately 300 square metre garden offers several seating areas. In fine weather, cosy seating areas in the sunny garden invite you to relax. The terrace can accommodate up to 15 people for sociable barbecue evenings.

A children's playground is just 100 metres from the house, right on the banks of the Moselle.


LIVING ROOM: A wood-burning stove provides cosiness, accompanied by 2 armchairs and 2 sofas, while a Smart TV with Netflix, a stereo system and WiFi provide entertainment.
6 NEW BATHROOMS: The bright daylight bathrooms offer a total of 6 washbasins, 6 showers, 1 bathtub, 3 make-up mirrors, 6 toilets and 6 hairdryers. There is also a baby changing unit as well as a washing machine, tumble dryer and even a urinal.
DINING ROOM: The dining area seats up to 15 people at the dining table, which is accompanied by a large cupboard. There are also 2 high chairs for children available on request.
KITCHEN: The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, fully automatic coffee machine, KitchenAid, induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine and much more. Crockery and tea towels are also provided.
BAR: The bar is equipped with bar stools and a wine fridge.
7 BEDROOMS: The accommodation offers a total of 7 bedrooms, 6 with box-spring beds (180 x 200 cm) and 2 with box-spring beds (90 x 200 cm). Each bedroom has a wardrobe, a TV with satellite connection and 5 have their own bathroom.
SAUNA: The sauna with relaxation room offers pure relaxation, accompanied by a shower, a sofa and 4 loungers.
GARDEN + TERRACE: The garden is equipped with a large garden table for up to 15 people, a gas barbecue, a sunbathing lawn with sun loungers and a cosy lounge corner.
GENERAL: The equipment includes central heating, WLAN, a first-aid kit, cleaning products, a hoover and an iron with ironing board.

In the picturesque surroundings of Bullay, tourists will find a variety of leisure activities and sights that will make every visit an unforgettable experience. The region offers a rich combination of natural beauty, historical heritage and culinary delights.

The Moselle cycle path, one of the most popular cycle paths in Germany, leads directly through Bullay and offers spectacular views of the surrounding vineyards and picturesque villages.
History buffs can explore the region's impressive castles and palaces, including the nearby Cochem Imperial Castle or Eltz Castle, which is considered one of the most beautiful castles in Germany.
