Holiday home in Bansin with terrace

Our family-run holiday home is idyllically situated just 1000m from the Baltic Sea. Our property is a small green oasis that invites you to linger.

On two floors there is a large living room with dining area, kitchen, a bathroom, two separate bedrooms and a second WC on the upper floor. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a south-facing terrace in front of the FH. ONE car parking space is available directly in front of the house. The initial supply of bed linen and towels is included in the price, additional linen is available for a fee. WLAN is available on the property, quality varies. Please note that there is only ONE car parking space per house.

You can spend the sunny hours relaxing on the south-facing terrace; please note: we do not have a children's playground or play facilities. Dogs must be kept on a lead and are not allowed to run free. Please only 1 pet and no fighting dogs.

Arrival day is usually Sunday.

ATTENTION ‼️: from 5.5. the neighbour is building his own home, but civil engineering is fertig❗️

Dear tenants, please provide the names and ages of all travellers when booking so that your booking can be answered quickly. This is a holiday property for a family holiday. It is not suitable for youth groups and group bookings. Thank you very much.

    “Ferienhaus in sehr schöner Lage!Super sauber,sehr geräumig und alles gut ausgestattet,alles da was man braucht!
    Außenanlange immer gepflegt,vorhandenen Sitzecken zum Haus laden zum verweilen ein und ein Grill ist natürlich auch vorhanden.
    Vermieter sind immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.”

    “Ein wunderbares Ferienhaus mit Allem, was man sich wünscht, wenn man individuell Urlaub machen will.
    Ausstattung wie zu Hause, es fehlt an nichts. Man wohnt wie zu Hause und kann sich wie zu Hause bewegen. Das Umfeld ist dem Urlaub entsprechend gestaltet, mit Sonnenterasse, Sonnenschutzhütte
    u.v.a. mehr. Rundum sehr ruhig. Vermieter ausgesprochen angenehm und sehr hilfreich bei allen Fragen und Problemen.”

    “Ein wunderschönes Haus, ruhig gelegen, sehr schön eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht, sehr sauber und hervorragend gepflegt, der Strand ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar, günstige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenso. Allumfassende ist bereits perfekt. Aber dann geht es erst richtig los. Denn bei Familie Straka gibt es nicht nur täglich frische Brötchen an die Tür gehängt, täglich einen netten Klönschnack oder mal einen Kaffee, sondern einen Warmherzigkeit, die seinesgleichen sucht. Wer sich an Leib und Seele erholen will, sollte genau hierhin fahren. Alles andere bleibt zwangsläufig drunter.”
